I developed really good self control, I eat a very low fat diet and focus mostly on eating a range of vegetables. whole grains, dairy and a bit of meat. I don't exercise heaps, so mostly I just didn't eat unhealthy food unless it's a special occasion!

I am 168 cm I'm not sure what that is in feet/inches but I was 85kg and now I am 53.5 kg :smile: it was very hard work at the beginning but it's a lot easier now!

To all who are asking, I just eat really healthy!!! I don't eat junk food and learned to enjoy my veggies :smiley:
