Me too! I turned 50 and need to lose 35 pounds! My husband just bought me a Fitbit so I am hoping to be able to better track my calories burned. Perhaps we can motivate each other!

Does anyone think we should weigh in more than once? I usually do better with a weekly weigh in, preferably on Monday (helps to avoid that weekend binge). Anyone else?
