Yes I weigh my food out and make sure I have the suggested portion size. My logging would be regular if I could get my calories up as I've been too worried to go over on sugars/carbs so haven't been able to complete entry as I must have 1,200 cal intake. I'm 5ft 4, I'm 20 and I weigh 12st 2lbs. I have no medical conditions…
