  • Thanks a ton everyone! I'm going to mess with it! Is there any issues for cutting down fiber? I was doing low carb for awhile and lost 20-30 pounds without Mfp then since I started logging it i see I'm getting a lot of fat and not hitting enough fiber based on 35% carbs, 25/30... Thanks!!
  • Yes that's correct. I know you can adjust it manually, but I'm not sure exactly what is a healthy fat burning technique. If you want to do low carbs, how much should you lower it?
