Side effect is major weight gain... need to say focus on my long term goal.

:) I am in need of a mentor. I am from Canada and am in my late 40's. Due to medical issues (medication I must take daily) I find it hard to keep weight off. Need some to give the that boost when I am feeling down to keep focused on my long team goal of getting my health back after cancer and to stay positive.
