Try calorie cycling too (zig zag method). I do this and love it! I have high days (where I don't feel like I am "direting") and low days.

My Fitness Pal configures how many calories you're supposed to eat WITHOUT regard to exercise. You are supposed to eat back your exercise calories burned.
