Before running if it's the morning I just have a coffee with alot of milk, I feel like if it's under 6 miles and you ate a decent amount the night before it's fine. If I eat I end up feeling sick 20min in.

Hello! I am in for the challenge starting today as well. I am looking to lose 3-4 lbs, currently at 131lbs and feel like 127 would be a realistic goal for 6 weeks since I have a vacation in between which is always tricky to navigate. Looking forward to it!
