All of you ramping up your excercising...that's awesome! Keep in mind that since fat cells weigh less than muscle, if you are excercising and building muscle you probably will not loose weight right away...you are getting lean and will probably loose inches instead. Keep up the great work everybody! One day at a time!

I weighed them out and put them in a bowl. Allowed me to splurge without all the guilt. Gotta love chili cheese fritos! Lol
