Turning 42 this year and starting to feel it. 10 years ago I was running, 65 pounds less and feeling great. I don't know what happened. Trying to get back to that. Just need a little motivation and some friends along the way. Keep up the hard work everyone.

I'm working on getting back to my runners form from 10 years ago. Using this app to keep track of my diet and my runners club to keep me running. I'm at 235. Shooting for 270. I guess add me and we can motivate each other. One day at a time and stay positive.

Howdy folks. In 40's also. Not doing the gym but running again. I found a runners club that's fun. This app us new to me but looks great. Gonna give it a try. Good luck and keep trudging on.
