  • 5'7"ish about 120 lbs and 18% body fat 33-25-35 I wear a 0-2 in most jeans, usually an XS or S in tops, and a size 2 or XS/S in dresses. This obviously is all dependent on brand.
  • This is what I tend to do. Or, you know what, sometimes I eat over my calories for the day. An extra 200 calories a day for 2 or 3 days is super negligible in the long run.

  • I recommend the book Brain Over Binge by Kathryn Hansen. Parts of it kind of read like a self-indulgent tirade by the author, but I found it helpful for my binge eating.
