I eat whatever I want if it fits within my allotted daily calories. Sometimes I eat back all my exercise calories and sometimes only partial. I've lost 26 lbs in 4 months

5'7" SW 200 CW 173 GW 150 Started this journey March 23rd. Lost 27 lbs and have 14 lbs to go!

I started here at the end of March and I am now 175 down from 200 (my first goal!) My next goal is 160 and I want to see how I feel at that point. I may try for 150-155 after that. I'm getting married at the end of October and I hope I can get to 160 by then!

I am 5'7" and currently 176 down from 200. I am trying to get down to 160. In my adult life, I've never been less than 155/size 8 and I think I looked a little too thin then! I am very curvy. 160 will hopefully be the perfect balance for me.

1240 and I don't eat back my exercise calories. I've lost 12.8 pounds in 30 days so far.
