  • The main advantage of my 2 hour walk through a local national park is that it doesn't feel like exercise. I might occasionally give the gym a miss, but never miss my walk.
  • Peanut Butter - 100% nuts. From the jar ( I never double-dip though :) )
  • Been using the Fitbit Aria for a coupe of years now. Works fine and sits nicely in a Fitbit and MFP world. Gives weight and body fat and syncs wirelessly to your Fitbit dashboard. Saves pencils and spreadsheets.
