Go on the insect diet. You can buy dried insect snacks on the internet today. Very high in protein

you know some people actually eat raw chicken and alot of raw meats. some people even ferment them raw for years and eat them raw

Hey guys.Is a resting heart rate of an average of between 50 and 55 normal for a 21 year old female. I walk often, but even brisk walking kicks up a sweat for me and feels like a workout. I can't run for more than a minute or two so it's strange i have the heart rate of an "athlete"

Personally, with all the calorie counting and other stuff i just stick to walking. simple but still a workout depending on how much pep you put into your step

do you know how much you are burning? I have a fitbit charge and was surprised to see a walk that myfitnesspal said burned between 200-300 calories, actually was burning 300-400 calories on my watch. If you are starving be sure to eat exercise calories back

That is just so awful. It hits close to home as well, my mother is expected to pass away very soon. days even. Please try to be strong and remember what you are doing is for you! your mother would have wanted you to be happy too.

Yes, at first it is difficult to deal with the disappointment when you first try to lose weight. I kept looking in the mirror waiting to see more results. However, if you get past the first bump, you will move into endurance mode. Basically, you won't care so much how quick the results are coming but you will be trucking…

I just can't believe it. I remember you saying this in a thread maybe a month ago and i still can't wrap my head around it. Here i am thinking about my poor sore calves and i walk just under an hour a day., and have been keeping this up regularly for at least a couple months

wow! i Normally walk about 50 minutes or so at a brisk pace and i feel it is a workout. I sweat a bit. Can't imagine walking that many steps everyday! i'd be wiped out

Day 3 Walked 58 minutes in total. Divided up in 2 sections through the day. Feel better for doing it.
