Hey i seem to have gained 2.9 kg in four days? I have been eating above maintenance but did i really gain fat that quickly? Is this how weight gain works? you see no gain on the scale for weeks and then a sudden bounce in weight?i I know it could be water weight but it seems extreme and my pants feel tighter.
