Thank you for posting those articles, they're very interesting. Even though I'm younger, I actually have worried about my balance because I realize mine isn't so great. In my closet is a wobble board that's been collecting dust; I'll bring it out and try some balance exercises this week.

Hi! Go to the "food" tab, then click on "settings." You should be able to make a new category after breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Then you can add the drink like you normally would--create something to add it to the database, or search for something (like a starbucks drink, perhaps?) But if you're having a drink…
