Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago with barbecue chicken, bacon, peppers and goats cheese with some garlic butter, it's amazing! And half a pizza keeps you full all night compared to a whole carby pizza and snacks later!

My problem is when something only tells you the calories per 100g then doesn't tell you how much the whole thing weighs, the wraps I like do this so I had to scan it with the mfp app in the shop to see if they were worth buying. What's the point in that!

I felt a bit bigger so wanted to lose weight with a few online friends as a support group, so we all did a first weigh in, I thought I was coming up to 12 stone but I was actually 12 stone 13 so a tiny bit under 13 stone and just thought my god I need to fix that! Heaviest I'd been in my life and am now down to 11 stone 4!

If it's just one week I wouldn't worry, a few months ago I ate at a 2lb loss for a week and the scale was the same as the week before (when I was consistently losing a pound a week til then) but then I lost four pounds by the next week, it can be anything really! Just give it a bit more time

My confession today is that I didn't exercise because I'm still achey from yesterday's work out and was feeling a bit lazy, and instead of eating some bran for my fibre macro I had doritos and maltesers, all within calories but not my best choices :p

All my fat is in my belly, I'm down a stone to 11 stone 13 and my belly is still here, I remember having less when I was 10 stone but it was still there then, I think it just takes a lot of work! But well done on your progress so far! :D

It's not that it's not enough as I put it in my diary (and goal is set to sedentary) but seems like cheating to already have half an hour everyday that I have no choice about. But that's a good idea to try going faster instead, I'll try that on the way home tonight!
