Age: 30 Height: 5'2'' Sw: 133.8 lbs Cw: 123.4 Gw: 117 I did 1 round of the hcg diet 800cals protocol for less than a month. I've been able to maintain my last dose weight so far but i wish to lose 5 lbs more this time through diet alone i hope.
