Hi, I'm new here. My goals for this week-- 1. I've started the "0 to 60" walking plan and I plan to walk every day. 2. Drink all my water--100+ oz a day 3. NO food after 8pm 4. In bed by midnight (i have been staying up till 1 or 2am) 5. Use MFP and log everything.
