  • Your body can fluctuate 5 pounds every day. Why would you need to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time?
  • A lot of women these guys marry don't know how to cook. In my generation, hardly anyone knows how to cook period. It's sad. That's why we are one of the unhealthiest and obese countries.

  • Low calories isn't bad as long as you meet your BMR* I do low calories and I am perfectly fine. Consulted with my doctor to verify everything would be ok. Have her see a health coach or doctor to see what diet would be best for her.

  • Military diet? lol.... In the military, we exercise EVERY DAY! So the typical calorie intake is 3000+. Most of the guys can eat 5000 a day and still lose weight. That's definitely not a military diet.

  • Thank you all for the helpful information. I definitely will need something more HRM based. I have running apps on my phone that track where I am and how many calories I burn-all the Nike apps. I don't care about my steps just how many calories I burn in the above activities-at home DVD type workouts.
