I promise i log absolutely everything, i wouldn't have gotten this app if i wasn't going to. i have 6 cups of tea a day, 4 green and 2 normal with milk, they're all logged. i weigh my fruit and my cereal, the amount of cottage cheese i have on my rice cakes etc, i have the same every day, everything else like crisps and…

I'm saying what i eat at work and when i get home, it doesn't hit over 800 calories, so i feel like i have to eat alot more when i dont particularly want to to hit my goal... Sorry if it doesnt make sense..its hard to explain.. =/

Yes i am, i've had an underactive thyroid since i was 11, everytime my dosage has had to be put up i've had the same symptoms, but one has never been putting on weight.. whats lchf? :')

I mentioned that because i dont normally have 'proper' meals, my lunch at work is just snacks, i didnt know if having a meal consisting of snacks is a bad thing? but i dont really enjoy meals, my regular 'meal' is cottage cheese on rice cakes, it just seem as 'normal' as everyone else =/

Haha no - what im saying is what i eat in normal day comes to about 800 calories, i try and make my calorie amount up after my day is done because i know i've not eaten enough even though im not hungry, does that make sense? =/

This app really does build my motivation! I love seeing that when I do well, I will weigh 'this much' in 'so many weeks' just keep the app on hand! Really is a little fitness pal! You'll be fine!
