I find myself eating when I'm not hungry just because I pre-log things. So I'll see that its lunch time so I'll eat the lunch I planned even if I'm not hungry. I try not to though. I've got a lot of weight to lose so not eating when I'm not hungry every now and then is no big deal.

I'm not gonna lie, I weigh myself every morning. I know it's not the best idea but it's just become a habit. I only record my weight on fridays though.

I try to never go over. If I really want something but it'll take me over, I just won't eat it. It's hard but I'll feel really bad even if I go over by just 2 calories. My calorie goal is 1,440 and I usually hit 1,350.

You don't have to, but it's supposed to be like insurance that you're eating the correct amounts because the volume of foods aren't consistent with calories, but weight is. I don't weigh my foods though, and I lose about 2lbs a week, as I should.

Yes!!! I generally try to fill in my diary the day before, so that I don't have to figure it out as the day goes by and I don't risk going over my calorie goal. Of course sometimes I make minor changes but generally it's helpful for me.

What is one thing that helped you stay on track while you were losing weight? I generally try to log my meals 1 day in advanced so that I don't have to figure it out as I go. Plus I get extra calories for walking around all day (I'm in college) so if I'm a little extra hungry, it's not an issue. How many pounds did you…

I'm still in the process of losing weight. In the left picture im probably around 260/270 and that was August 2014. It's now March 2015 and I'm down to 240. I still have a lot to go (my goal weight is 140) but I didn't realize how much different I look until today.
