It's a waste of time if you're trying to go from point "A" to point "B". (It is stationary!) However, for cardio work, it's great!

Your daily weight will fluctuate normally, especially the ladies. There is another program called "Weight Commander" by Michael Marder that shows a graph of daily weights.
