Depends on what your goal is. I stopped doing squats altogether many months ago. If you want to train your quads, I'd do stationary bike with moderate resistance at heart rate around 160 bpm for 20-25 mins. I've noticed some quad development in the past few weeks doing this, however, not sure how arthritic knees would…

Hey! I'm 5'3" and 108 lbs (bf 18%), no particular weight goal. Trying to build some muscles in arms and abs, and tone legs. I have no significant fat in stomach area, but no significant muscle showing up either. Overall, I'm a nice shape, just I am after some real definition o:)

Totally support the statement. I have Fitbit Flex as well, does a great job keeping me aware of my calories, steps, activity overall, as well as sleep quality. The presentation of data is outstanding and clear. Flex series doesn't measure the heart rate, which is of minor importance to me, personally, as I am quite…
