Thank you! π it took me 31 days. I incorporated intermittent fasting (18:6) 18 hours fasting and 6 hour eating window. I did a high fat, low carb diet. Not so much keto, but I kept my carbs under 100 grams.

Has anyone on here tried Jillian Michaels no more trouble zones dvd? And if so, is it worth doing? π I definitely wanna do 30 day shred all over again once I finished, but Iβm looking to incorporate one of her other dvds. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance π

It was a little bit easier today than it was yesterday. I was still dying through the exercise tho! Iβm still out of breath as Iβm writing this π honestly tho, what keeps me pushing is that Iβm almost done, and that you ladies have completed it! 8 days left π

Amazing!!! Those are some good results ππ Iβve lost about 5 pounds since starting it. But 12 pounds? Way to go!!! π Iβm hating level 3 so far. Just finished the first day of it π© Let me know how ripped in 30 is! I might wanna try that out.

Girl, I died on level 3!!! Level 2 was easier to me. Damn, I am dead π I legit wanted to quit like half way thru, but I made it this far already. What killed me the most was the cardio with the weights.. I just about died.. I hate level 3 so far tho lol please tell me it gets easier after a day or so of level 3?

Just finished level 2 tonight β€οΈ starting level 3 tomorrow. Tell me ladies, how intense was it? What level do you find the most challenging? Ugh Iβm kind of dreading level 3. Going to watch it tonight to see what Iβm getting myself into tomorrow π

Iβm waiting for my daughter to go to sleep so that I can finish the last day of level 2. I love doing the workouts late at night, I feel like I have more motivation.
