I got the idea from the grapefruit diet where you're supposed to eat 1/2 grapefruit 30 min before each meal. But I just eat 1 a day along with other citrus fruits throughout the day. And I'm also eating a tun of other fruits and vegetables along with a regular nonfat but healthy dinner.
