  • Great idea... love the accountability! I'm a newbie and my goal is NO eating after 7:30 only water or tea. ME: 2 LNS: 0 Quick tip one thing that helps me is to brush, floss and use mouthwash when you're done eating... after that you don't want to have to do it over again plus nothing will taste good anyway!

  • I had RNY in Sept 2012. Lost 110 to reach my goal in Sept 2013. Currently eat about 1200-1500 cal/day depending on how much I exercise.
