Omg yessssss, I go to sleep with a plan In my head about the super healthy meals I'm going to eat and the excercises I'm going to do at the gym them end up waking up at 2pm and end up waiting until the next day

They don't help. I took them for a month and started waking up with major hunger pains and light headless although I would eat everything I could find. Turns out they made my sugar go down and now I'm hypoglycemic. Didn't notice a difference in appearance either.
