1/4 c. cooked oatmeal with cinnamon 1c. Greek nonfat yogurt + 1/2c frozen mango smoothie... Enjoy it on my way to work.

It was hard for me on my working days...it's hard fore to make time to use the restroom so often. I know it's not good for me to wait until lunch time but its run behind or hold it just a little longer...so I don't push my self to drink water...I chug before I start, few minutes before lunch, and finally after work. :|
