I'm feeling a pretty good amount of pain in my left hip. From what I can gather i believe it to be my psoas. I don't know if I should have or not but I deloaded my squat to 95lbs and started doing 10x3 and really concentrating on form and playing with different foot placements. I seem to have less pain in a narrower stance…
