Feel free to add me! I've been doing keto for exactly a year now

Maybe try increasing your fat first  Ibe been on a 2 month plateau before haha. It took me two months to lose 2 pounds, and it was because of too high protein, too low fat, and my deficit was steadily growing smaller day by day (I was not logging honestly!)

I love Keto too! I'm on it for life as well

1200 calories, but lately I've been doing. 1500, and my macros are 60-70% fat, 10-20% protein, 10% carbs

@lemurcat12 Yeah, I agree with you. In general, when people ask me about weight loss I simply instruct them to create a calorie defici to. I don't even mention low carb as this doesn't work for everyone. Personally, it's easy for me to do low carb. I consume many vegetables and my fat mainly consists of monounsaturated :)

Hey anyone can add me! I've been doing Keto for 6 months now and I've lost 85 pounds  I do 20 net carbs or less per day.

Same here, I was prediabetic and had hereditary high blood pressure and high cholesterol, but Keto has helped resolve all of that (and I lost 85 pounds!). I eat 20 net carbs or less per day, and I strongly despise when people tell me it doesn't work, or it's unhealthy for you. I'm just like "...what?..." When I saw this…

Totally understand  I usually try staying below 30 carbs as well. I tend to eat more calories/carbs on the weekends unfortunately (but no more than 30). I also exercise intensively, so I'm sure most of those carbs are used as fuel.

On bad days, I do 30 net carbs. That's extremely rare. I average about 15-20 net carbs per day though

Im so glad for you  .

Well, for starters, I've over come obesity, prediabetes, and high blood pressure/cholesterol thanks to the Keto diet. It forces me to stay away from junk foods, and I just feel better overall! I plan to stay on it for life ,but maybe not as low carb as I am now.

I'm 18, and I've been doing the Ketogenic diet for approximately 3 months. I love it! If you don't mind my age, I wouldn't mind being your MFP friend!
