I just did my first workout with this program. Do you move to the next one even if you weren't able to do the first one perfectly? I can feel the burn in my thighs from the last night, but thought maybe I should repeat that one since I wasn't able to do the squats and push-ups very well.

I just purchased the program and did my first workout last night. I am extremely out of shape and of course liked the idea of 15 minute workouts and being able to rest when I need to.
