I keep my Curves water bottle next to me and drink as much water as possible. If I'm still hungry I have almonds to snack on. I count out 15 and eat them one at a time slowly. That seems to curb my appetite for the afternoon.

My regular lunches consist of a Healthy Choice meal, low fat string cheese, low fat yogurt, and an apple. I occasionally will treat myself to Subway, but I usually stick to that. It's quick and easy for only a 1/2 hour lunch.

I guess to me my period is just another day. I suck it up and continue what I've been doing the rest of the month. Sure I may get a little campy and crabby, I just take some Tylenol, have a cup of coffee, drink tons of water and go on with my day.

Mini Challenge: Reconnect with someone. I know it's not weight loss related, but it is always good to have people and supporters in your life. It can be a family member you haven't talked to in awhile, or an old friend you've lost touch with. Write an email, make a phone call, or go out for coffee.

I like cutting up fresh lemons or limes and letting them infuse in the water overnight in the fridge. I also keep crystal light singles at my desk at work. Sometimes getting your water quota is difficult...just do what works best for you.

Oh poo! I forgot to post my weight this morning! I'm at 259.6. Down another 0.6lbs. Slow but steady.

My goal right now is to get to 175. I prefer to be curvy. It may change once I get there, but ultimately, I think I'll be happy at that weight.

I noticed my collar bones as well yesterday when I was putting my shoes on at the gym. Was very exciting!
