I'm not a picky eater at all...I love it all! I think that's my downfall...I love foooood! Except olives...i loathe olives of any kind.

A Heart Rate monitor is great for seeing how many calories you burn. In one hour I have burned up to 800 calories. I was pushing myself a lot...but you can burn anywhere from 500-800 calories depending on intensity.

I definitely do my regular workouts after work...just thought I would get some input for other stuff to do during the day. Thought a stability ball might be useful...but I might end up bouncing on it all day lol

I have to have a plan, or else I will slack off. Right now I'm doing C25K three days a week, and I just started a lifting program from bodybuilder.com. Hoping to start seeing results in the next few weeks.

Thanks everyone for all the comments and support. I just need to keep going and pushing myself. Getting married in September and a little scared that my belly is going to make me not find the perfect dress.

I did do some stretching, but probably not as much as I should have. I guess I was just a little over ambitious with doing the C25K plus working out on rest days. I do have some good shoes from the running room. They are so much better than the cheap ones I had when I first started working out a year ago.

I'm on my second go around. I lost 40 pounds in 2011...then in 2012 a lot of changes happened (moved to a new city, new job...and a ton of other excuses). This time no more excuses and time to kick butt!

I'm from Winnipeg, Manitoba. I've been on MFP for over a year but went into a relapse of my binge eating over the holidays. I'm stepping it up and hoping to lose what I've gained.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I am on meds right now...but also my fault for not consistently taking them. I've been under a lot of stress with my job and my boyfriends new job. I'm going to try and go tonight, I'll just let my trainer know beforehand about whats going on.

We don't talk on the phone much, but we make it a habit to say "I love you" before we go off to work, when we get home, and before we go to bed....and random times throughout the day we'll send texts saying it.
