  • I'm 5'5" my current weight is 273.5 My highest weight was 278.8. My goal is to be 170 but it I may go as low as 150 depending on how my weight loss journey is. I am carrying 135lb of lean muscle and my trainer says if I lose 95 lbs I will be at a healthy weight for my build (not to be confused with the height chart).
