Fajitas. Lots of Vegis (peppers, onions, even asparagus), seasoning and lean meat. Eat in a low cal, high fiber tortilla with some salsa and fat free sour cream or greek yogurt. That's what I'm having for dinner tonight. Soups are great too,

Be honest and let them know. Don't ever burn a bridge on purpose because you may need it again some day. You never know when someone will know someone who is looking to hire you. So call, chat with your supervisor, let them know. DO NOT just not show. That is very bad form.

My son improved leaps and bounds with the tubes. And as for not taking tonsils out, I had mine out last year and it was far from life threatening, my life is so much better now. Our pedi said if my son gets more than 3 throat/strep infections a year for two years in a row, out they come.

I love subway and Chick fil a. It's a bonus that I can fit it into my calories for the day but I loved them both even before I was trying to eat healthy. Gates are great! Also if he seems to be shedding a lot there are lots of supplements that can help. When I give my dog a no shed oil supplement and brewers yeast she hardly sheds. There is a huge reason I am here and not there. I looked into it, and I felt I got more from the program without the cost here. And I still enjoy many weight watchers recipe blogs to get meal ideas. It's the best of both worlds and it's free.

I had lamb chops, and steamed cauliflower with a little fat free cheddar on it. For dessert, grilled pineapple. That stuff is my FAVORITE, and pretty low cal for such a tasty treat.
