My problem and addiction is coffee creamer and going out and getting a McDonalds Mocha Frappe... The amount of creamer I was using in my coffee was bad... 365 calories... in my cup at home... for a small frappe from McDonalds, it's 400 Calories.. Argh!!! : :s
