5'2, 110-112lbs and 2 years maintenance. I consume 1200-1600 calories. I exercise 4-5 days a week. I do have some days where I go over (1800ish). For me, if I eat more calories than that, the weight starts creeping up on me. You just have to find a calorie range that works for you! ;)

I lost most of my 64lbs with the hip-hop abs! I loved it. My body wouldn't be what it is today without that program. You will definitely be toned, and your abs will be on point! :p

Yes, I did notice that on the define lower! I'm like "wait, we didn't finish the other side!" Lol! I usually do the define lower and upper together, on the days that call for one or the other. I noticed month 2 on the calendar doesn't include either one of those workouts. I'm thinking I may add them in a few evenings out…

Yesterday was my first time. My legs are SORE today, great workout! Luckily core was my workout for today, not too much leg work haha.

I'm on week 3, loving it! My strength and flexibility has improved. After the 60 days, I will continue to incorporate PiYo into my workout regimen ;)

Thank you! I am doing the PiYo program now with Chalene Johnson by BeachBody, but when I first started out I was doing hip-hop abs. I do basic random stuff at home all the time (crunches, push-ups, squats, lunges etc.) and I do a lot of walking, hiking and chasing my kids around at the park ;) I am loving the PiYo. Great…
