I did this a few years ago I was around 170 got to 150 then a couple months later bam I was 178. I started to get serious and stick to it. Its well worth it. I'm at 131 and got 6lbs until I hit my goal. You got this

You don't have to eat them. And if you're not adding dark greens and veggies they're almost pointless anyway. I almost never eat them unless I make a kale and spinach salad with dinner but that's rare

You can lose weight with no exercise at all. Although I suggest exercise because it's good for you. But no if you don't like the gym don't waste your money.

Set it to maintain for the first trimester. But after that you're suppose to eat some extra calories for the little. So first trimester maintain 2nd add 150 calories 3rd add another 150 calories And also keep active.

As long as I burn off breakfast I'm happy. That's my goal. Burn off breakfast then everything else is just....well..icing on the cake haha

My upper body has always been weak. I'm 26 and never could complete a pushup not 1. One of my new years goals is to do 30 by the end of the year I am up to 8-10. Yay me.

Thank you everyone. I'm going to have to suck it up and rest my legs for a week or two and buy new shoes once those tax returns come in haha. I can't live without running. Thank you for all your support and advice.

Thank you everyone. Its most likely my shoes I knew this so idk why I ask questions I already know the answers to. I'll be resting my legs and saving up for new shoes. Stupid passions always hitting my wallet. Thank you guys I appreciate it.

@juliet3455 no they're a different model. Idk what my first brand was they were just a cheap pair of nikes but for my birthday I decided to by myself some more expensive Nike flex and now my legs hurt so I definitely think its the shoe. Its gotta be since I haven't changed anything else.

@Dreamcrusher16 I can't do that haha that is not meant for long distances especially for people with super high arches like me. I need support. I think that's my shoes problem is they're too flat. They're good for short distances. I made a mistake with shoes not knowing what I was buying haha.

@lorrpb I definitely think its my shoes. I didn't have this problem with my last shoes but my old shoes my toes are too long and gives them blisters but my legs never hurt until about 2 months after my new shoes.

@ninerbuff yeah I might have to do that but I hate riding my bike. I like long distance running. I use to do 8-10 miles a day until it got cold so I pulled back.

@Dreamcrusher16 I don't rotate shoes. Ands its mostly sidewalk and some trails. I tried resting for a week but it didn't do anything.maybe I should rest longer but its hard because I love it so much

The shin splints makes sense for the pain in the front of my left leg. But doesn't really explain the awful pain in the back of both of my legs. I thought shin splints were just the front. Would I need a specialty doctor or is my nor.all doctor fine?

I drink two cups in one big cup in the morning with a tsp of brown sugar per cup and a 1/4 cup of hint of honey vanialla almond milk per cup. So 2 tsps + 1/2 cup hint of honey vanilla almond milk this comes to about 64 calories. So that's 32 calories per cup of coffee and its really good and plenty sweet for me.

5'7" My highest 180 size 14 I'm 135 in a size 8 but maybe a size 6 I'm in juniors right now so I'm in a 7 but in women's sizes I'm not sure completely. These were the only old pants I had and I'm too cheap to buy new ones haha
