Never noticed those issues. But when i get a notification on my phone that someone commented on one of my updates and i click on it it will take me to a completely different update of mine. It never goes to the one someone commented on.

Honestly being overweight or obese just a calorie deficit will help you lose weight pretty easily as long as youre logging correctly and keeping at it. Walking will just be helping. Swimming is actually an amazing low impact exercise. Its really good for you and you burn a good amount of calories but you have to be moving.

Im a stay at home mom and i still get around 14000 a day but im also pretty active but on the days im not its around 5000 if i dont leave the house at all so really its not that hard.

Thats amazing. I run a 5k like 3+ times a week and that takes me 40 minutes since i usually have to take a water break with it being so hot outside. My fastest was 32 minutes though when i ran my first 5k event as you probably read but i think the competitive side of me came out for that . Good job i hope to run like you…

I do the grocery shopping and i cook dinner so they eat what i eat. Yeah i buy seperate breakfast and lunch stuff but dinners no effing way. Im not making and buying two dinners. But i have learned to make dinners my whole family loves without making them feel like theyre eating healthy

The bmt is my favorite. I get it toasted with white american cheese, lettuce, tomato, peppercinis, jalopenos, olives, spinach i get brown mustard and i do the salt and pepper oil and vinegar no mayo.

I love ice cream sandwiches made like that. Made with graham crackers and spread either a layer of nutella, peanut butter or other nut butter. Yummy

It shows you the 5 weeks because most people probably put 2 lbs per week so its showing you if everyday were like today youd be x amount if you lose 2lbs a week it would be 10lbs down. Thats just my guess. But if mine was accurate i would be below my goal by now

Mine cost 10$ at target and it tares, grams and oz. But thats just for when ido recipes and its been in storage for a year. I haven't used it once for weight loss.

I didnt discover the app until it was too late when i started it i could already do week 7 so i got rid of it. But i think its awesome. If you have trouble just your next run redo your last run. I can now run 5 5ks a week with no problem. Good luck just keep at it.

You could try a banana it will help its light and it has a good amout of carbs and potassium so its good for your runs. I run 3.5 miles 5xs a week and i always eat something small an hour before hand it really helps
