  • Hooray! Thanks for the research. I hate stevia as a stand alone. I use it in baking with xylitol, but like sucrslose in non baked goods. I blend the xylitol to make powdered sugar. Swerve is just a brand name xylitol that's more expensive. I buy it at a health food store. Largest bag lasts months.
  • It's only for weight loss if it causes a calorie deficit. I love it. I skip breakfast most days. If I'm starving I eat. I don't do any set hours but it's usually 16/8 naturally. It's the only thing that helps me get my calorie deficit.
