I mix it up...I eat Special K (all different types), Kix, Cheerios...anything that isn't covered in sugar.

Mornings. I am not a morning person but once I get up and start I feel so much better. I don't have to think about when I am going to sqeeze a work out in during the evening hours.

because everyone that is a runner says that it is great "therapy" and that they feel good after/during doing it. I want to develop a love for it because I know it is good for me...I guess I just needed a little motivation.

Since I am starting much higher than I would like, I am aiming for 165. I feel like my frame requires a little more weight than some other 5'8" women may think they need. Good luck to you!
