It can be tough being a mom and dealing with trying to work out. My best advise is to try and find work out videos that the kiddies can join in on and make it fun. Works for my wife. Good luck.

And definitely stay away from sugary drinks like lattes, iced coffees, soda, etc... Try some good quality green tea with lemon a few times a day and that should help out.

I would cut back to about 1300-1400 and take in more quality proteins than carbs and only good fats such as in avocados, salmon, nuts, etc...

Instead of an insane calorie deficit trade some of those carb calories for protein calories. Too few calories will cause your body to stop burning fat because it thinks you are starving therefore it tries to hold on to body fat.

This is kind of weird but have a picture of yourself that you don't like and tell yourself " I don't want to be that person anymore " and every time you see it it can remind you of your goals and to stay on track.
