Last night, had my mom over for diner, and i had a few glasses of wine, in the end turns it my mom drank way more then me, even walked home tipsy(she lives 2 streets over), it was hilarious to watch my mom loaded walking away from side to side and saying'' i'm fine i'm fine'' :smiley:

Temptation was strong last night, She was slender, sexy and sleek, thought about it for a couple of seconds and put the bottle of Porto and glass away :smile:

So for mid-feb, 4 A.F out of 14, which is not the goal i had in mine, so that's a fail, i went back to the usual routine, cooking/wine, waiting for food to cook/wine, relaxing/wine, friends over/wine. The only good side was about half the consumption i usually have, so i must be doing something right. Anyway i'm in for…

Here's the lowdown mid month but not including today the 14th. 7 A.F days out of 14, on the 7 drinking days, less then half my ''before" normal consumption ;) I' m impressed with the results so far. So I had wine on saturday and sunday, much less then I usually have and really happy about it, nothing on Monday & Tuesday so far and I lost 1.8lbs since.

I noticed I'm more motivated to train, worked out hard during the last week and I feel good about it, A.F free last night also, now the real test is this W.E. I want to be A.F. and not just cut back.

Funny about the sweets issue, had lemon tisane last night and craved sweets too, had dark chocolate and some reglisse.

So 3 A.F days in 10 days for jan. Was actually hard last night, had to fight not to have a glass of wine but made it through and i actually slept better. I actually made under my calorie goal which is another good thing, see ya in the feb. post.

no drink last night which makes it up to 2 days alcohol free, tonight should also be A.F so 3 for Jan. but i did start late. On to February. Good luck everyone!
