My doctor recently released me to ease back into running after recoverying from leg surgery. I decided to do C25K to help me ease back into it; it has been perfect. Today, I will complete W3D2. It's going great!

I like making lentil soup. I've made this recipe a lot, but tweaked it to my liking. I like making Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls... http://allrecipes.com/recipe/235997/unstuffed-cabbage-roll/ I also make a type of cabbage stir-fry. I cook some chicken, cut in bite-size pieces; stir fry together cabbage, bell peppers, and other veggies I want; and season as I like. Then, I will serve that over rice.

I use the Nathan Trail Mix belt too and really like it. I used it with my first half marathon last year and it was very comfortable.

Yea, my doc told me I have a slight Vitamin D deficiency. In addition to my multi-vitamin, I (2) Rainbow Light Food-Based Calcium with Magnesium and Vitamin D3 daily.
