Hi @Finding_Dreama I was in the same shape as you. I would exercise and eat but could not seem to lose weight. When I started to honestly log my food in MFP, I saw the problem. LOL There is no telling how many calories I was eating before; such an eye opener. It has been a great experience for me! I wish you the best!

I have used mine several times at night while asleep. I turn it on Low and the food cooks fine through the night and is ready in the morning when I wake up. It's nice having the function to switch to Warm after the cooking time..very handy.

I have hungry days too. Of the 7 days last week, I went over my calorie allowance on 3 of them. I felt bad and worried I was losing focus, but I am back on it today. I think we all go through hunger days and it all evens out in the end.

I was so excited when I ordered by Fitbit Charge HR, but then reading all the concerns and complaints I was worried I had made a mistake. Yes, it is good to read some positives about the gadget. I saw that mine was delivered today at home. So, I am interested in trying it, but not as excited as I was a few days ago. :-/

Hey @keeponkickin -- I ordered me a Fitbit Charger HR yesterday. I have always worn a chest strap when exercising and wondered too how accurate can an item be wearing it on your wrist. I guess I am not much help right now, but I plan to test the Charger HR against my Polar monitor with chest strap to see how they measure…

Looks like I average 1600ish. That average includes eating my 1340 daily allowance plus between 25%-50% of exercised calories. Sorry I don't know the technical names for these calories categories. :)

This has been my problem too. Thank you for discussing this subject. I love fruit and that is where my sugar affects my sugar allowance. I also switched to honey as my sweetner in coffee. To lessen my sugar intake, I tried to go back to Splenda...I can't. I really like the honey. Thanks everyone for your input. This helps!!
