  • I love making lentil soup; makes a hearty, nutritious meal. Here's a recipe I use as a go-by....http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/13978/lentil-soup/. Sometimes I had Italian sausage, but most of the time without. This recipe is easy enough to modify to your liking.
