  • Hello I have been on this app for several months and it has helped me a lot, but I am stuck at a wall that I am really trying to get past, but it is just so frustrating the scale has not moved in a week and I try not to focus on the scale but come on move all ready.

  • The first couple of days getting through the caffeine withdrawals would be a little rough, but I could do it I have done it in the past, and then slowly slipped back into my coffee addiction. I know caffeine is bad for me, but it taste so good.

  • My problem is I see the calorie deficit as an excuse to treat myself then and end up eating the calories that I just burned. I have became a pro at maintaining my current weight. The problem is I need to lose 20-30 pounds to get to my idle weight.
