I eat at 2 am packed lunch, whole cucomber and avocado, sardines/ salmon. 5am yogurt and berries, sometimes 4 oz of coffie, 8am sleep, 3-4 pm snack 2, fruit and protien bar dinner 6-8. hope this helps

I thought for a second this was like south beach diet, I kinda follow it have been doing well. I was at 287, joined mfp at 276, im down to 249 since march, goal is 190! I gave up all sugar drinks and drink water Only, sometimes with lime but mostly just water. no candy, muffins or any fast food.

I have to say no soda, juice, sugar and start walking. I have the same struggle, cravings! I hate the fact that it has had control over me and I am tired! Pizza is killing me, so I gave it up for good but I haven't had any success. lol

I tried it and it helped but I began having panic attacks and anxiety, it was not pleasant. On one occasion I checked in to a hospital, I thought I was going to die.
