My goal is to be close....so you I don't have to count all activity or can be ok to estimate food as necessary. You get a sense of a set up that works for you. To measure every single calorie or record every single step would drive me crazy.

When you make the pastes do you freeze? When I make Balinese pastes, the effort warrants I make lots...so I freeze ice cube trays worth that I can pull out and make a curry, add to a soup or any other dish.

Why not just look at what others people are wearing...most are probably wearing shorts and a t shirt As a guy, the only thing that really makes my eyes roll is guys wearing a tank/muscle shirt who are either ridiculously skinny or overweight...though it usually has more to do with their mannerisms.

Problem with tofu is that if you don't know how to cook it it can be crap and this is coming from some one who likes tofu. Don't know why it should be deleted given that it is not illegal or decriminalized in many countries...and is an approved medical great,net in others.... Anyway, as along it is not impacting your calories (ie uncontrollable munchies) or your will to exercise then I don't see an issue.
