I will complete my first round tomorrow! I am starting again. However, has anyone found that they plateau? I am doing extreme and the workouts are very hard.. but I am afraid that they are too short and my body will get used to them.

Hi there, I am 5'11 and 157. I would Really like to lose the last ten pounds or so by June :) Does any one have any tips? I have been doing xtreme 21 day challenge i am finishing my 21 days tomorrow. I feel great!! I am going to restart and do it over again once more.. but then what should i do is the question!?
